Refund Policy

1. Returns

 

1.1. We understand that circumstances may change, if you may need to request a return for an offline / online course you've purchased from Pedestal Techno World Private Limited or if you wish to request a return, please contact us at info@pedestaltechnoworld.com   within 02 days of the course start date or with in 7 days to date of registration to initiate the return process.

 

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

You must notify us of your intent to return within the specified timeframe.

The course must not have been attended beyond number 02 classes or in percentage i.e, 10%.

The course materials and resources provided must be returned in their original condition.

 

1.3. Once your return request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 90 days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

 

2. Refunds

2.1. If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the full purchase price of the course, minus any applicable processing fees. Please note that any course materials or resources provided to you must also be returned in their original condition to receive a refund. Deduction of registration fee won’t be refundable in any case also not to transferable to anyone.

 

2.2. Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.

 

3. Exchanges

3.1. We do not offer exchanges for offline / online courses. If you wish to change your course or enroll in a different course, you will need to follow the return process outlined in Section 1 and then enroll in the desired course separately.

 

 4. Cancellation

4.1. If you need to cancel your enrollment in an offline / online course, please contact us as soon as possible. If the course has not yet started, we will be able to cancel your enrollment and issue your refunds, as per the conditions in Section 1.

6.1. We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy for Offline / Online Courses at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The same will be applicable of existing and new customers.

 

Ensure that you replace placeholders with your specific contact details and any other relevant information unique to your business. This policy provides a 90 days refund period, which should meet your requirement for money refunds within that timeframe. Nevertheless, consulting with a legal professional is advised to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
