Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and managing relationships with educational institutions, universities, and key decision-makers within those organizations. This individual will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with higher authorities, developing strategic relationships, and promoting our EdTech solutions to enhance institutional offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Institutional Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, such as Deans, Registrars, Provosts, Department Heads, and other senior officials in universities and educational institutions.

• Strategic Sales and Negotiation: Lead discussions and negotiations with institutional leaders to secure partnerships, drive institutional adoption, and close agreements related to course offerings, learning platforms, and training programs.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between educational institutions and [Company Name], ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the partnership lifecycle.

• Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand institutional needs, challenges, and opportunities. Leverage insights to develop strategies for expanding relationships and increasing engagement with existing and prospective partners.

• Event and Networking Engagement: Attend and represent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships with higher education leaders and increase visibility in the EdTech space.
