Essential Qualifications:

 

  1. Currently Pre-final / Final year/Semester students from relevant disciplinary  (MBA, B.Tech, BBA, BCA)
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Proficient in MS Office and other tools
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving

 

                                                                        

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Currently Pre-final / Final year/Semester students from relevant disciplinary  (MBA, B.Tech, BBA, BCA)
  2. Previously done any Internship in MBA or B.tech

  2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple counseling sessions, tasks, and responsibilities.

  4. Interest in Education: A strong passion for education, student success, and the Ed Tech industry.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, with a basic understanding of online education platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Student Guidance: Assist in providing academic guidance and counseling to students regarding course selection, study strategies, and personalized learning plans.
  2. Lead Engagement and Conversion: Reach out to prospective students and understand their academic goals and introduce them to our courses and programs. Persuasively guide them through the decision- making process and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  3. Personalized Academic Counseling: Offer individualized academic advice to prospective students, helping them choose the right programs based on their career aspirations, educational background, and learning preferences.
  4. Product and Program Knowledge: Learn and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s offerings, including course details, pricing, and benefits, to effectively communicate with prospective students and provide accurate information.
