Essential Qualifications:
- Currently Pre-final / Final year/Semester students from relevant disciplinary (MBA, B.Tech, BBA, BCA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and other tools
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
Desired Qualifications:
- Currently Pre-final / Final year/Semester students from relevant disciplinary (MBA, B.Tech, BBA, BCA)
- Previously done any Internship in MBA or B.tech
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers effectively and professionally.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outreach efforts simultaneously.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Assist in reaching out to potential and existing customers (students, educators, and institutions) to promote company’s educational products and services..
- Lead Nurturing: Support the nurturing of leads by providing timely follow-ups, personalized communications, and information to guide customers through the decision-making process.
- Market Research: Assist in gathering customer feedback, insights, and needs to help shape marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Outreach Campaign: Plan, execute, and manage targeted outreach campaigns to engage potential customers across multiple platforms (email, social media, phone, events, etc.).
