Key Responsibilities:

• Student and Parent Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions for students and parents regarding career options, course selections, and the benefits of various certification programs.

• Course Guidance: Help students understand the structure, duration, and outcomes of different certification courses. Guide them in selecting the right course based on their career goals, interests, and skills.

• Real-Time Deal Closure: Engage in live conversations with students and parents to close deals on course enrollments. Effectively address any questions or concerns, overcoming objections to facilitate quick and smooth enrollment decisions.

• Assessment and Feedback: Assess students’ academic profiles and suggest suitable certifications that would enhance their career growth. Regularly follow up to provide ongoing guidance and feedback.

• Closing Deals: Proactively manage the sales pipeline by engaging prospective students, nurturing relationships, and utilizing persuasive communication to convert leads into enrollments, achieving monthly or quarterly enrollment targets.
