Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of the EdTech industry and excellent deal-closing skills. The candidate should understand the education ecosystem, student counseling process, institutional partnerships and be confident in closing high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the EdTech sector

  • Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities

  • Pitch training programs, skill development courses, and franchise models

  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutions and partners

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain proper CRM updates and daily reporting

  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth on boarding

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in EdTech / Education / Training industry

  • Strong understanding of student counseling and admissions process

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

  • Ability to handle high-ticket closures (courses)

Preferred:

  • Understanding of skill development programs and emerging technologies

  • Existing network in colleges or education institutions
