Job Summary:
We
are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager
with strong knowledge of the EdTech industry and excellent deal-closing skills.
The candidate should understand the education ecosystem, student counseling
process, institutional partnerships and be confident in closing high-value
deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the EdTech sector
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
- Pitch training programs, skill development courses, and franchise models
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutions and partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper CRM updates and daily reporting
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth on boarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in EdTech / Education / Training industry
- Strong understanding of student counseling and admissions process
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Ability to handle high-ticket closures (courses)
Preferred:
- Understanding of skill development programs and emerging technologies
- Existing network in colleges or education institutions
Compensation:
